World Hip Hop Dance Championships are NOW!

WORLD HIP HOP DANCE CHAMPIONSHIP 2011 – THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY
Itʼs an event commemorating the first ten years of Hip Hop International and celebrating the tenth World Hip Hop Dance Championship. Over two thousand of the world’s top street dancers will come together in Las Vegas for the 2011 World Hip Hop Dance Championship July 26 – 31, an event true to the real values of hip hop culture.
In addition to Six Crews from the UK, crews from 35 nations will compete to capture the world title and international bragging rights while hip hop icons, artists and celebrities will be there too for all the fun and excitement. In conjunction with the World Hip Hop Dance Championship are the World Battles — Breaking, Popping, Locking and All Styles — (see World Battle info) on Saturday, July 30. The World Battles are state of the art competitions for the world’s top bboys/bgirls, lockers, poppers and all stylers who will represent their countries for prizes and world dominance.
The six-day event schedule includes panel discussions featuring respected living legends and icons of hip hop dance, the Chill Down Lounge for dancing after the evening competitions have concluded, the presentation of the Living Legend of Hip Hop Award and the Urban Moves dance workshops presented by the most celebrated hip hop dancers and choreographers.
