Hi there,

Thank you all for enter­ing the UK Hip Hop Dance Championships 2010! We are really look­ing for­ward to see­ing you all battle it out this week­end! There are few import­ant things we would like to let you know…….

• If you have pur­chased a ‘BRONZE PACKAGE’ then this  only allows you to com­pete and NOT watch! All per­sons hold­ing a Bronze pack­age may be asked to leave the build­ing and return when required, as we do not have the space to hold people back stage! If you would like to upgrade your pack­age you may do so NOW!  We can NOT do this on the day. Contact sugasoul@hotmail.co.uk
• You are ONLY required to have 1 chap­er­one per crew. They will be given a ‘BRONZE WRISTBAND’! This does not include a spec­tat­ors ticket. You will need to pur­chase spec­tat­ors tick­ets from– http://www.watfordtheatre.co.uk/p329.html
• Crew lead­ers! If any of your crew mem­bers have pur­chased a ‘GOLD PACKAGE’ and are bat­tling then please con­tact sugasoul@hotmail.co.uk with any entrants. (Please ignore, if you have done so already!)
