idance® run by dan­cers for dan­cers, is pleased to announce the UK Hip Hop Dance Championships 2012, March 24, 2012 at the com­pletely Colosseum, Watford.

After a spec­tac­u­lar res­ult at in Las Vegas with Plague win­ning the World Hip Hop Dance cham­pi­on­sh­iops in the adult divi­sion, and Ruff Diamonds in 8^th place over­all, Idance is so very happy to be return­ing to the spir­itual Home of the UK Hip Hop Dance Championships at the Colosseum Watford!

idance® chooses to keep entry fees down, keeps fam­il­ies in mind.

For many events run in the UK a dan­cer enter­ing a single cat­egory, buy­ing a t-shirt, and pay­ing for seat to spectate will pay a min­imum of £45-£60/day. idance® recog­nises that many dan­cers are strug­gling dur­ing these tough eco­nomic times and have chosen to keep fees as low as pos­sible. Dancers wish­ing to enter the UK Hip Hop Dance Championships will pay as little as £25/dancer to a £45 includ­ing entry in ALL cat­egor­ies AND a souvenir t-shirt too. This year we will be re-introducing two new cat­egor­ies, We are form­ally adding the MegaCrew divi­sion for crew with 15+ mem­bers, and we are re-introducing the Open Division for new­comers, and crews that have never entered before or are not inter­ested in com­pet­ing at the World Hip Hop Championships.

The MegaCrews are the most excit­ing new addi­tion to the UK Hip Hop Dance Championships. Crews, from 15 — 40 mem­bers can par­ti­cip­ate and gain eli­gib­il­ity to the World Hip Hop Dance cham­pi­on­ships. MegaCrews dan­cers can be a mix­ture of ANY age and gender so c
