An Open Competition and the Only event that qualifies UK Hip Hop Crews, Bboy, Poppers and Lockers for the Real World Hip Hop Crew Championships in America!

Spaces stll available for Bboys, Poppers, Lockers and Freestylers.

Entries MUST be accompanied by payment. Entries without payments will not be considered. Only use this form if paying by credit card otherwise please download the form and mail along with your payment. Late entries are discretionary and subject to approval.

Entry fee £12 per competitor per entry (£7 Bboys/Poppers/Lockers)

Late Entries – Bboy, Poppers and Lockers, Space still available. Entries accepted after the closing date Thurs. 7th February  2008 at the discretion of the organisers. Late entry fee if accepted £15 per competitor per crew, £7 for Bboys poppers and lockers and freestylers.

Waiver

WAIVER:Crew leader or representative, by entering you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old, you've read and understand the rules and accept the terms and conditions listed on the waiver below and you have obtained permission to sign on behalf of the crewmember or other participant.  You are also acknowledging that if the entrant qualifies for the World Championship, a MAXIMUM of 8 dancers per hip hop crew will be allowed to compete in the World Championship and that a separate entry fee is payable to hip hop international.

In consideration of the acceptance of my entry, I as signed on the entry form or as submitted on online formcertify that I have been given permission to sign on behalf of my crew/participant(s). I am at least 18 years old and I am legally bound for myself, my heirs, successors, and assigns and hereby waive and hold harmless iDance™, the UK Hip Hop Crew Championships, its sponsors and supporters, hosts and venues, Sport Fitness International, Hip Hop International, the World Hip Hop Crew Championship, its sponsors, host venues and all persons and agencies connected with this competition from all claims for damages arising from my participation in and travel to and from this competition, including without limitation, personal injury. I understand that I am personally responsible for satisfying myself that I am adequately insured for myself or my group.

I/we certify that all participants entered are in good health, physically fit and adequately trained to participate in this event.  i/we grant permission to all the above mentioned to use our  name and likeness, individually or collectively,  for any purpose connected with this or future events.

I/we understand the event will be videotaped/photographed for future sale/promotion and consent to being videotaped/photographed and understand that there is no compensation.

I/we understand that if we qualify to represent the UK in the World Hip Hop Championship a separate entry fee is required if we choose to participate in the World Hip Hop Championship in America.

I/we understand that the final running order of the competition will be at the sole discretion of the event organisers and any portion, age division or category may be cancelled, combined, or modified at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation of any portion of the event by the event organisers competitors may be entitled to a refund of entry fees related to that portion of the event.

If any part of this waiver is found to be illegal or unenforceable that portion is severed and all other portions remain in full force and effect.

 

 

 

Total Entry Fee due is based on the total number of participants and the deadline date. Your entry is not complete until fee is paid. All Entry fees are due within 3 days of receipt of entry subject to availability. Mail cheques maid Payable to iDance, PO Box 234 Watford Herts. WD17 4XJ.
